The newly raised capital will be directed toward global expansion efforts and strategic hiring to support the execution of contracted projects worldwide. Under the leadership of CEO Marc Borrett, Reactive Technologies is at the forefront of grid resilience technology.

"This investment from M&G, along with our existing investors, BGF and BEV, marks another significant milestone for Reactive Technologies. As we deliver more projects to support the global transition to Net Zero, this backing will empower us to deliver at scale, expand our commercial presence internationally, innovate further, and make a real contribution to a clean energy future."

Marc Borrett, Reactive Technologies’ CEO, stated.

The company assists grid operators, electric utilities, and regulators in transitioning to Net Zero while maintaining resilient and renewable grids.

Reactive Technologies offers innovative products such as the GridMetrix® technology, which provides transparency in grid operations by measuring grid inertia and other essential functions with an impressive 95% accuracy.
