Amid a backdrop of deepening UK-German collaboration on AI innovation and sustainable development, German enterprise software firm osapiens has announced a significant investment into the United Kingdom. The company will inject €35 million into its UK operations. This move is expected to generate over 150 high-skilled, high-wage jobs and bolster the UK’s position as a hub for compliance-led innovation.
Headquartered in Mannheim and serving nearly 2,000 enterprise clients globally, osapiens is best known for its cloud-native unified platform, the osapiens HUB. This all-in-one ecosystem integrates 25+ SaaS modules, designed to help businesses navigate increasingly complex regulatory landscapes with speed, precision, and transparency.
From supply chain due diligence and product traceability to automated ESG reporting and real-time audit readiness, the platform transforms compliance from a burdensome obligation into a strategic growth enabler.
The UK investment signals more than just geographic expansion, it reflects a strategic doubling down on a key market already populated with Osapiens clients, including BAT, Tesco, and DS Smith. The firm plans to scale its local team, expand infrastructure, and deepen ecosystem partnerships to meet surging demand for intelligent, AI-driven compliance solutions.
Peter Kyle, UK Secretary of State for Science, Innovation, and Technology, said:
“This investment from Osapiens is a boon for the UK and our ambition to be a global powerhouse on AI-led innovation and growth. Their expansion will bring more high-wage jobs to the UK and help companies across the country to grow sustainably.
This is another signal of the long-standing partnership on science and technology between the UK and Germany, helping to underpin the historic bilateral treaty signed between our two countries today.”
Alberto Zamora, Co-Founder and CEO at osapiens, adds:
“At Osapiens, we believe that transparency and efficiency are the foundations of sustainable growth.
The UK’s leadership in AI and its commitment to responsible tech make it a natural partner for us. We are excited to strengthen our collaboration with industry and government, and to contribute to a shared vision of secure, sustainable, and future-ready supply chains across Europe.”
Beyond its presence in Germany, Osapiens has recently opened satellite offices in London, Paris, Amsterdam, and Brussels, reinforcing its pan-European footprint.
Osapiens’ commitment to sustainability and long-term value creation is also visible in its flagship events and networks. The Sustainability Osapiens Summit, one of Europe’s premier B2B forums focused on corporate sustainability, and the Osapiens platform, a collaborative community for compliance and ESG professionals, are both designed to catalyse peer learning and help businesses move beyond checkboxes to actual impact.
As regulatory pressures grow across sectors, Osapiens positions itself not merely as a software provider, but as a strategic partner for future-proofing businesses. Its UK expansion, timed alongside a new UK-Germany bilateral treaty, underscores a shared vision for AI-enabled, sustainable economic growth.
