SugaROx, an agricultural technology company based in Harpenden, United Kingdom, has raised £1 million in seed extension funding.

The round attracted support from several major backers, including The Mosaic Company, the UK Innovation and Science Seed Fund, and Regenerate Ventures, which contributed an additional £600,000.

With this fresh capital, the company plans to expand its operations and continue with ongoing development projects.

Under the leadership of CEO Mark Robbins, SugaROx is harnessing innovative technology designed to make crop production more productive, profitable, efficient, resilient, and sustainable. Its first product, now moving through the pipeline, is a biostimulant designed to improve wheat yields significantly.

Looking ahead, the company is working with established partners that already have routes to market, ensuring that this product and others in development can reach farmers more quickly and effectively.
